Seeking a Certified Family Physician, Physician’s Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient primary care team in a rural setting.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical care for all ages, ordering tests, diagnosing, prescribing medications, and offering lifestyle advice.

Candidate must have completed residency, be board-certified, hold a valid state license, and possess DEA/DPS registration.
