Job Description

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) provides behavioral health services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and evidence-based counseling, primarily supporting patients’ mental health needs.

They collaborate with healthcare teams, coordinate referrals, and support program development to enhance behavioral health services.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, delivering patient education, and participating in staff trainings and meetings.

Requirements include a California LPCC license, a relevant bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of experience, and bilingual skills preferred.

Physical ability to perform typical office tasks and work flexible hours is essential.
