The Therapist role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, along with psychoeducational activities in a residential treatment setting.
Full-time position requiring application online. Responsibilities include patient orientation, history intake, developing and updating personalized treatment plans with discharge goals, and coordinating with community resources. Utilizes patient-centered therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing, and documents treatment accurately. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requires a Master’s degree and licensure in a mental health field; supervision available for limited licensure.
