Licensed School Therapist

Job Description

We are offering a full-time school-based therapist position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay of $30-$45.

Therapists will provide mental health services to children and adolescents in elementary schools, collaborating with school staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and offering crisis support and consultation.
Requirements include licensure in Iowa (tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW) or temporary licenses, excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with clients and school personnel.
Position involves attending regular staff and clinical meetings, with opportunities for monthly productivity bonuses and supervision towards full licensure.
