Licensed School Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking full-time School-Based Therapists to provide mental health services in Clinton Elementary Schools, covering Eagle Heights and Whittier.

Benefits include a $1,000 sign-on bonus, annual professional development funds, supervision toward licensure for eligible therapists, referral bonuses, mentoring opportunities, monthly awards, partial cell phone reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and health coverage covering 40-45% of premiums after 30 days.

Responsibilities involve delivering therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with school staff, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing crisis support, and facilitating referrals. Attendance at monthly and biannual meetings is required.

Applicants must be licensed in Iowa (tLMHC/LMHC, tLMFT/LMFT, LMSW/LISW), possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate professionalism, rapport-building, and proficiency in documentation and technology.
