Job Description

Full-Time School-Based Therapists provide mental health services to children and adolescents in elementary schools, including therapy, consultation, crisis support, and assessments.

Benefits include a $1,000 sign-on bonus, ongoing training allowance, supervision toward full licensure, referral bonuses, mentoring programs, monthly awards, partial cell phone reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and coverage of 40-45% of medical/dental/vision premiums after 30 days.

Salary ranges from $30-$45/hour, with eligibility for productivity bonuses. Therapists collaborate with school staff, coordinate services, and complete documentation.

Requirements: Iowa licensure (tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW), excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and basic computer proficiency. The role is based around Olin, IA, and requires working in or near that area.
