Job Description

Full-Time School-Based Therapists provide mental health services to children and adolescents in Clinton Elementary Schools, covering Eagle Heights and Whittier.

Benefits include a $1,000 sign-on bonus, annual support for continuing education, supervision for licensure, referral and mentoring bonuses, monthly awards, partial cell phone reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance coverage.

Salary ranges from $30-$45/hour, with eligibility for productivity bonuses.

Responsibilities involve providing therapy, consultation, crisis support, collaborating with school staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and attending meetings.

Requirements include licensure in Iowa (temporary accepted), strong organizational skills, professionalism, rapport-building ability, and proficiency with electronic records and communication tools.

Work is in person, around Olin, IA.
