Job Description
The role is for a *Licensed Social Worker* supporting a study on Musculoskeletal Injury, Mental Health, and Treatment Seeking among Active-Duty Service Members on Temporary Limited Duty.
Responsibilities include administering clinical assessments, evaluating responses, and conducting real-time safety assessments, especially for suicidal ideation or high-risk indicators. Will provide immediate interventions, coordinate with mental health providers, and document clinical decisions per protocol. Supports recruitment, informed consent, and research tasks, working closely with research and clinical teams. The position requires an MSW, active license (LCSW), at least 2 years of clinical experience, and crisis intervention skills. Preferred experience includes research settings and standardized assessments.
Work is on-site, involves credentialing, and may require a Secret Clearance. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
