Job Description

We are offering a full-time LCSW or LMSW position at a private K-2 NYS approved early childhood learning center serving children with special needs, including autism.


  • This social worker will join a multi-disciplinary Special Education team, acting as a liaison between families and educational staff.

  • Responsibilities include family outreach, community referrals and resources, parent training and counseling, classroom support and consultation, crisis team involvement, co-leading support groups, workshops, and social skills groups.

  • Salary ranges from $64,000 to $81,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Applicants must have experience working with children diagnosed with autism. Work is in person.
