We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our hospice team serving the Charleston, SC area.
In this role, you will
interact effectively with diverse individuals conduct assessments and social evaluations, including family dynamics and caregiver abilities identify high-risk situations such as suicide, neglect, or abuse develop intervention plans based on evaluation findings collaborate as part of the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications include
