Job Description

Seeking a full-time *Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW)* or *Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)* as a *Behavioral Health Professional* at a correctional facility in Fultonville, NY.

Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, risk evaluations, serving as a liaison between medical and mental health teams, facilitating inmate admissions to forensic hospitals, monitoring services for quality and compliance, and developing educational programs.
