Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to provide support and counseling in a detox facility.

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Offer individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques like CBT and MI.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Stay current with industry best practices.

    • Requirements include relevant education, certification/licensure, experience in substance abuse counseling, knowledge of behavioral therapies, and strong communication skills.
