Licensed Therapist

Job Description

The Substance Use Disorder Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients with addiction and co-occurring conditions.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and document services according to standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and relapse prevention.

Support discharge planning and transition to aftercare.

Maintain licensure and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.), addiction-specific certification preferred, with strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.

Skills: Excellent facilitation, documentation, crisis intervention, and teamwork skills.

Experience: 2+ years in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.

Work Environment: Office, residential, outpatient settings; shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00/hr with benefits including relocation assistance.
