Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist with expertise in treating psychotic disorders such as Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar I with psychotic features. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy across PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches like CBTp, DBT, ACT, and EMDR. The therapist will incorporate expressive arts, music, movement, and Christian faith perspectives to foster emotional regulation, spiritual resilience, and holistic healing. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, providing psychoeducation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting clients in social, vocational, and community integration. Qualifications include active licensure, at least 3 years of experience with severe mental illness, and training in EMDR preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to integrate faith-based insights, and experience with creative therapies are desired.
