Job Description
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist experienced in treating psychotic disorders such as Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar I with psychotic features.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy across PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBTp, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
Integrate EMDR, expressive arts, music, and Christian faith perspectives into therapy to foster emotional regulation, trauma processing, and spiritual resilience.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered treatment, including psychoeducation and relapse prevention.
Support clients in developing social, vocational, and community functioning goals while maintaining clear clinical documentation.
Qualifications include active licensure, minimum 3 years’ experience with severe mental illness, and training in EMDR preferred; creative arts experience is highly desired.
