Seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist with expertise in treating psychotic disorders such as Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar I with psychotic features. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy across PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, using evidence-based approaches like CBTp, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, integrated with trauma-informed care and creative arts therapies. The therapist will incorporate Christian faith perspectives to foster hope and spiritual resilience, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, addressing trauma and symptom management, facilitating expressive therapies, supporting spiritual exploration, and ensuring holistic, person-centered care. Qualifications include active licensure, 3+ years of experience with severe mental illness, and training in EMDR preferred.
