Seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a collaborative care team in a primary care setting, providing diagnostic assessments, brief interventions, and care coordination.
Under supervision, the therapist will implement evidence-based modalities such as CBT and psychoeducation, utilizing measurement-based care to monitor progress.
Qualifications include an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD), with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
