Job Description

Join our team as a Therapist Non-Exempt supporting the Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic in Cape May County, New Jersey.

  • Provide immediate, same-day behavioral health support in a compassionate, stigma-free environment, including crisis intervention, assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals.
  • Assist with co-occurring stabilization and medication needs to improve clients’ daily lives.
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities such as MI, CBT, and Solution-focused therapy to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives and ensure proper linkage to ongoing care after treatment.
  • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Human Services, two years post-Master’s experience, and a NJ license (LAC, LSW). CADC or LCADC preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, strength-based approach are essential.
  • Compensation includes a base rate of $31.25, a $1000 sign-on bonus, bilingual pay, and flexible scheduling.
