Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist as Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $95,000-$105,000. This onsite role, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, involves providing clinical oversight, supervision, and training to a multidisciplinary mental health team working with youth and families. Key responsibilities include case consultation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with DMH, Probation, and licensing standards. Candidates must be licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW), with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and prior work with high-risk youth and community mental health.
