Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist for the role of Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus. This full-time, onsite position pays $95,000 to $105,000 annually and requires working Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision and training of a multidisciplinary mental health team, providing individual and group supervision, case consultation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ensuring documentation accuracy for regulatory compliance. The role involves direct therapy with youth and families, especially those involved in juvenile justice or foster care, and overseeing quality assurance standards.

Qualifications include licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Candidates must have experience working with high-risk youth and community-based mental health treatment, and be available for crisis response and evening hours. Valid CA driver’s license and the ability to work in Lancaster are required.
