Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed therapist to serve as Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary of $95,000-$105,000, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision of a mental health team, providing individual and group supervision, developing treatment plans, case consultation, crisis intervention, and ensuring documentation compliance with DMH and probation standards. The role requires strong leadership, experience with high-risk youth, trauma-informed care, and the ability to work collaboratively. Licensure as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, is required. Candidates must be available for crisis response, possess a valid CA driver’s license, and be willing to work evenings. Relocation to Lancaster is preferred.
