Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist as Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $95,000 to $105,000. This onsite role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) involves providing clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for a mental health team working with youth and families, including those involved in juvenile justice and foster care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting individual and group therapy, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and responding to crises. Candidates must be licensed (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC), have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and be skilled in trauma-informed care and DMH documentation.
