Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to serve as Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. This onsite role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) offers a pay range of $95,000 to $105,000 and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development.

The position involves clinical oversight, supervision, and training of a mental health team working with youth and families, especially high-risk and foster youth. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, case consultation, crisis intervention, and ensuring documentation compliance with DMH and regulatory standards. The candidate must have a valid CA license (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW), at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred, and be available for evening shifts and crisis response. Strong leadership, trauma-informed care expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
