Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC preferred) Bilingual

Job Description

Seeking a fully licensed Therapist (LCSW preferred) to join a supportive clinical team providing evidence-based individual therapy to individuals and families.

• Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based protocols.
• Accurately document client progress and collaborate with the clinical team for client stability and recovery.
• Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and participate in case consultations.
• Requirements include a Master’s degree, active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPCMH), and experience in mental health and addiction services.
  
• Availability for in-office or hybrid telehealth sessions; credentialing with insurance providers is preferred.
• Position offers contract work with potential to build to full-time, flexible schedule, and hybrid remote work in Lumberton, NC.
• Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
