Job Description
Licensed Therapist (LCSW preferred) sought to join a supportive clinical team providing evidence-based individual therapy to individuals and families.
Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based protocols.
Accurately document client progress and collaborate with the clinical team for client stability and recovery.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Requirements include a Master’s degree, active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPCMH preferred), experience in mental health and addiction services, and ability to work in-office or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Credentialing with insurance providers and building caseload to full-time are available opportunities.
Schedule is Monday to Friday with flexibility; positions are hybrid remote in Lumberton, NC, with options for in-person or hybrid work.
Pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with contract employment leading to full-time capacity.
