This licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program offers individual, group, and family therapy within a strengths-based, least restrictive, and normalized high school environment.

Pay starts at $90,000/year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b match, paid time off, and on-site housing options.

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including crisis intervention when needed.

Requirements include a California license (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), empathy, patience, and a desire to work with troubled teens. Must pass background checks and health screenings.
