Job Description

Join a passionate team dedicated to improving youth lives as a Licensed Therapist at Sierra Ridge Academy in San Andreas, CA.

Located in the Sierra foothills, this licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program offers individual, group, and family therapy within a strengths-based, least restrictive environment that fosters a supportive community of peers and staff.

Responsibilities include providing therapy, overseeing treatment plans, conducting assessments, case management, documentation, and crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements:

• California license (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
• Empathetic, patient, honest, and respectful attitude
• Minimum age 21
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry check

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with a one-hour break.
