Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to join a client-centered treatment facility dedicated to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients and families on addiction and recovery strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards.

    • Qualifications include an active, unrestricted license in Arkansas, experience with substance use and mental health disorders, and strong communication skills.
