Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to provide compassionate care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients and families on recovery strategies, and offer crisis intervention and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
  • Qualifications include an active license in Arkansas, experience with substance use disorders, and strong communication skills.
