Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to join a client-centered recovery facility in Little Rock, AR.

  • Provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients and families on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff development.

    • Qualifications include an active, unrestricted license in Arkansas and experience with substance use and mental health disorders. The role offers a salary range of $53,000–$62,000 annually, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply. The work is in-person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
