Overview:

Behavioral Health Provider – LCSW & LPC in Fort Kent, Maine, supporting new outpatient senior adult behavioral health and cardiopulmonary rehab programs.

The role involves providing direct patient care, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, couples, family, or group), focused on the senior adult population.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Maine licensure as LCSW or LPC
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of geriatric patient needs
• Effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and computer skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of outpatient or inpatient behavioral health experience
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Monday-Friday, day shift hours.
