Behavioral Health Provider – LCSW & LPC

Fort Kent, Maine

This hospital position offers a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to join a new outpatient senior adult behavioral health and cardiopulmonary rehab programs. The provider will deliver direct patient care, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, couples, family, or group), tailored to the senior adult population. Requirements include a Master’s degree, Maine licensure, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of geriatric needs. Preferred qualifications are 2+ years of relevant experience and teamwork skills. Work hours are Monday-Friday, day shift.
