Overview:

Behavioral Health Provider – LCSW & LPC in Fort Kent, Maine, supporting new outpatient senior adult behavioral health and cardiopulmonary rehab programs. This full-time hospital role offers comprehensive benefits and salary.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and setting patient goals
• Providing individual, couples, family, or group therapy tailored to senior adults
• Delivering patient care aligned with geriatric needs and development principles

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Licensed as LCSW or LPC in Maine
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of geriatric care principles
• Proficient communication, problem-solving, and computer skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or inpatient behavioral health
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Work hours are Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
