Behavioral Health Provider – LCSW & LPC

Fort Kent, Maine

This full-time hospital position offers an exciting opportunity to join a new outpatient senior adult behavioral health and cardiopulmonary rehab programs. The role involves providing direct patient care, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, couples, family, or group) tailored to the senior adult population. All benefits and salary are provided by the hospital and partner medical center.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Maine licensure as an LCSW or LPC
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of geriatric patient needs
  • Proven communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of outpatient or inpatient behavioral health experience
  • Experience in multidisciplinary team settings

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift hours.
