Job Description
This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position involves providing assessment, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders on Cape Cod.
Conduct assessments, support treatment planning, and deliver evidence-based therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate care with outside agencies, manage referrals, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards. Participate in program development, team meetings, and reporting to meet program goals and outcomes. Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure, and at least 2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices, crisis management, and working with at-risk populations is required.
