This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position offers $65,000-$78,000 annually with comprehensive benefits, serving pregnant and parenting women in a program supporting recovery from substance use disorders.

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with mental health and behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct assessments, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support program development.
  • Manage client records, ensure compliance, and facilitate referrals to external agencies.
  • Maintain licensure, participate in meetings, and contribute to program standards and outcomes.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, two+ years of experience, and licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC).
