Job Description
Join a dedicated addiction and mental health treatment team providing personalized, solutions-focused care through day treatment, outpatient therapy, and group sessions.
Deliver individual and group therapy under clinical supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Utilize knowledge of mental health, trauma, and addiction to meet client needs, documenting progress accurately.
Conduct process groups, assess treatment impact, and respond effectively to crises.
Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with laws.
Requirements include LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure. Full-time role offering $65K-$80K, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), flexible schedule, PTO, and professional development.
