Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Therapist providing personalized addiction and mental health counseling through individual and group sessions.


  • Deliver clinical care under supervision, collaborating with a treatment team to support clients’ lasting change.
  • Utilize knowledge of mental health, trauma, and addictions to meet client needs; document progress accurately.
  • Conduct process and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and respond effectively to crises.
  • Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and promote positive coping skills.
  • Requirements include LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
