Deliver clinical care under supervision, collaborating with a treatment team to support clients’ lasting change.Utilize knowledge of mental health, trauma, and addictions to meet client needs; document progress accurately.Conduct process and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and respond effectively to crises.Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and promote positive coping skills.Requirements include LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
