Job Description

The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including

  • Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing discharge plans
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy
  • Facilitating psycho-educational training, family meetings, and discharge planning
  • Assisting in program development and reviewing Treatment Plans
  • Linking clients to outside resources and offering crisis intervention

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, at least one year of therapy experience, appropriate licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and de-escalation training. The role is onsite, full-time, with a salary starting at $65,000 and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and relocation assistance.
