Licensed Therapist – Outpatient Addiction Services

Job Description

The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development. They develop, implement, and review Treatment Plans, facilitate client linkage to community resources, and participate in treatment planning conferences. This onsite role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, at least one year of therapy experience, relevant licensure or eligibility, and CPR and de-escalation training.

Essential functions include conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating post-hospitalization care.
