Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development. They develop, review, and implement treatment plans, facilitate client progress, and coordinate with outside resources.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience with all age groups.
Must hold or be eligible for state licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training required.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, participating in treatment planning, maintaining clinical documentation, providing crisis intervention, and linking clients to community resources.
