Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience across all age groups. Must hold or be eligible for state or national licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training provided. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and reviewing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, participating in treatment planning, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating community resources. Provides crisis intervention and supports post-hospitalization care and resource linkage.
