Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience across all age groups. Must hold or be eligible for state or national licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training required. Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, participating in treatment planning meetings, maintaining clinical documentation, providing crisis intervention, and linking clients to community resources.
