Job Description

The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC or LCSW) oversees clinical operations, supervises staff, and ensures trauma-informed, compliant, and individualized services in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provides oversight of clinical service delivery, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination.
  • Supervises a multidisciplinary team, offering training and clinical oversight to support quality and staff development.
  • Ensures documentation compliance, manages intake and referrals, and participates in peer reviews with managed care organizations.
  • Serves as a liaison to stakeholders and participates in outreach and program meetings.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulations, treatment standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, with licensure approval within three months.
  • Requires current certifications in CPR, First Aid, behavioral supports, and TB screening.
  • This full-time role offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development assistance. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
