Job Description

Join a community-focused behavioral health team providing in-home and community counseling services across multiple New Jersey counties. We offer flexible part-time and full-time positions, with hours ranging from 2 to 40 per week, and competitive pay rates ($35-$90/hr) based on licensure. Opportunities include clinical supervision towards licensure, free CEUs, and support for Registered Play Therapist credentials.

• Provide in-home and community counseling to children and adolescents, including individual therapy, play therapy, and behavioral interventions.
• Support clients and families through psycho-education and skill-building based on personalized treatment plans.
• Document activities accurately and maintain a professional, safe environment.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with a supportive team.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher, licensure (LAC, LSW, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT), a driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Excellent communication, dependability, creativity, and problem-solving skills are essential. Remote interviews and virtual meetings are conducted due to COVID-19 precautions.
