Job Description

Seeking flexible behavioral and counseling professionals to provide in-home and community services across multiple counties. Positions are part-time and full-time, offering hours from 2 to 40 per week, with competitive pay rates:

  • $85-$90/hr for licensed clinicians
  • $65-$75/hr for LAC/LSW clinicians
  • $35-$40/hr for behavioral assistants with a bachelor’s degree

    • Supervisor roles and Per Diem options are available, with PTO and health insurance benefits. Free clinical supervision and CEU opportunities are offered, including support for licensure and Registered Play Therapist credentials.

    Responsibilities include providing individualized therapy, behavioral interventions, skill-building, and psycho-education in clients’ homes and communities. Accurate documentation, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree; licensure for licensed roles (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, dependability, creativity, and problem-solving skills

    • Work is primarily on the road with a virtual interview process, flexible schedules, and benefits like 401(k), dental, and vision insurance. No remote work; on-site travel required.
