LPC,LCSW,LAC,LSW Therapist/ Counselor working in clients’ homes (not remote)

Job Description

Seeking part-time and full-time fee-for-service clinicians and behavioral assistants for in-home and community counseling across multiple NJ counties. Work flexible hours, from 2 to 40 hours per week, with competitive pay rates: $85–$90/hr for licensed clinicians, $65–$75/hr for LAC/LSW, and $35–$40/hr for behavioral assistants. Supervisor roles and Per Diem options available, plus PTO and health insurance. Benefits include free clinical supervision, CEUs, and support networks.

Responsibilities include providing in-home and community-based therapy, skill building, psycho-education, and behavioral interventions based on individualized plans. Documentation, progress reports, and a professional environment are essential.

Requirements: strong communication skills, bachelor’s degree or higher, valid license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Remote interviews and virtual meetings are part of the process.
