Manager of Nursing – Ambulatory Surgery Center

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional care across OR, Preop, and PACU departments.

As a Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee patient care from admission to discharge, manage staff, develop policies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

This full-time role averages 32 hours weekly (Monday-Thursday, no nights or weekends), with higher pay for certified nurse sedation.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining high standards of care, managing documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and leading shift activities.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in nursing leadership within outpatient or hospital settings, staff management skills, and familiarity with medical records and documentation review.
