Job Description

Seeking a compassionate clinician to join a dynamic treatment team supporting young adults through mental health challenges and skill development.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and lead clinical planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and offer crisis support when needed.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups promoting emotional regulation and coping.
  • Model professionalism, boundaries, and healthy coping strategies.


    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Vermont licensure or eligibility, trauma-informed experience, and strong communication skills.
