Job Description

Seeking a compassionate clinician to join a dynamic treatment team dedicated to supporting young adults facing mental health challenges.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and lead clinical discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and progress.
  • Offer crisis support, safety planning, and stabilization as needed.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups to promote emotional regulation and coping skills.
  • Model professionalism, healthy boundaries, and adaptive coping strategies.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, Vermont licensure or eligibility, experience with trauma-impacted populations, and strong communication skills.
